How long should you try the water fast for if you’ve never done anything like that? Has this helped with the heart palpitations, faster heart rate?
Lately, the only methods I’ve used to fight PFS are a lot of exercise (weights, bodyweight exercises, running, biking) herbal supplements, and diet. Being off this stuff for 3 years, just looking for other suggestions. The only time I am not anxious is after exercising. But when I overdo the exercise, I have no sex drive, and feel wiped out completely.
