Damn i was the same. I remember i did an unofficial stress test last year helping a grad student at my university. I scored great on everything… now my freaking heart rate is high, scary low blood pressure, heart skips beats, shitty circulation (why low blood pressure w shitty circulation and low nitric oxide/vascularity)?! This doesnt add up to me… Makes me furious thinking about this. My whole body is now ****ed.
I went to the doctor. They measured my blood pressure two days ago it was 90 and it was 125 just 3 weeks before with a heart rate of 59.
What causes this bloodflow problem? I am also getting tested for thyroids now that supposedly heart problems have been ruled out(which I don’t buy).
What are good and safe supplements to help repair blood vessels(if that’s possible)?
Does anybody know?
Coq10
If I have low blood pressure is it a good idea to take it? What are the overall risks?
Anybody has taken it with any increased/other sides?
Update: Called my primary physician due to me not feeling well at all yesterday. After long thought, she said I may have Microvascular Disease due to my angina like symptoms+ my erection issues + my brain fog and negative tests. This is hard to diagnose because it is only diagnosed by ruling out other problems.
Interestingly this is what women suffer too:

and one of the possible reasons may be due to hormonal fluctuations.
Could propecia be damaging our blood vessels or damaged them permanently at least in some of us?
Heart palpitations began for me in the months going off of Propecia. At the time I thought it was just anxiety-based, and sometimes I do think it correlates with more anxiety, but the consistent, heightened state of anxiety is also a result of Post Finasteride Syndrome. 2 and a half years off (or thereabouts) and still have constant heart palpitations. I have sort of become accustomed to it at this point. Again, never experienced any sort of heart palpitation before Propecia, or during taking it. But in the months after, that’s when this began.
Whenever I am laying in bed at night, I notice it without fail. Whenever I am not moving I feel my heart beating/racing. I wonder if I have arrhythmia, I think that is heart palpitations anyway. And when I exercise it increases. For anyone, has this side effect made it more difficult to exercise?
Whenever I drink alcohol, the palpitations are drastically worse, especially the next day.
I haven’t noticed any improvement of this side effect, going on over 2 years. If anyone has any tips in things that work to help this, would be much appreciated.
Also, avoiding alcohol, caffeine, and not consuming too much red meat are important to keeping palpitations at bay.
