I now have constant headaches and brain fog.
I have been on propecia for over 2 years (still on it), and got this problem after over 1 year of use.
Given it took so long to eventuate, could it the result of propecia.
Yes it is a side effect. There is a post 3 down from yours that asks the same question.
Unfortunately you have not read about why this group exists (there is a NEW USERS START HERE section for a reason). This forum is for people who have QUIT the drug and are still having side effects.
Sorry to be an ass but try quitting the drug, and see if it helps things. For many of us brain fog slowly resolved. Also… please read other posts before you post to make sure you aren’t repeating the same question.

I suffer from regular headaches but not brain fog and this coincidentally also started after I stopped taking finasteride last year and it has gotten worse with time.
