One of our long-time members has reported that, when he opens topics, focus is placed on random posts that are far from the last post he was at when he last closed the topic.
Has anyone else noticed this?

I don’t think so, is it limited to particular topics? Ones that they’ve left a like or comment on?

Before when I went to a thread it went straight to the first post I hadn’t read. Now it goes to some random point in the thread and I have to scroll to find the blue spotted posts which I’ve still to read. I don’t know if this issue is something that only I have experienced.
Previously read topics. I’ve been playing around and noticed the same where I need to scroll-down quite a bit to reach the point I left off in long topics.
Focus will be on the topic where I quit reading last, then suddenly jump-back about 20 posts if I scroll with mouse wheel.
Doesn’t appear to happen in all topics.
