I developed them first around 8 months off. The issue with retaining blood has gradually worsened over time, I had great recovery in erection strength at first, but lately I have been struggling to get my penis to fully fill when I get aroused. Libido is strong. Orgasm quality is good. Urologist confirmed that I have no obvious signs of penile atrophy or fibrosis. But my erection quality and duration are still terrible. Disturbingly, cialis and viagra are less effective now than they were a year ago. If I could only get my erections to get hard and stay hard again, I would be mostly cured
