Have any of you tried penis enlargement methods to help overcome ED problems?

Hi guys, let me just first say that I’m not (yet) a sufferer from propecia sides. I’m 20 years old and I actually just started taking propecia in January after seeing some frontal thinning and just stumbled across this site while researching hair loss on another forum. And frankly, this site has me second guessing whether I should continue using propecia, but the verdict is still out on that. I know how the site’s feelings about propecia, so there’s no point in going on about it.

Anyway, reading up on a lot of the stories here about guys losing size on their dick, problems getting it/keeping it up, etc., I felt I should spread my own personal knowledge of Penis Enlargement methods that could help a lot of you guys here.

I began doing PE exercises when I was 18 years old. Basically PE exercises include jelqing, stretching, kegels, which help to increase size, girth, erectile quality, help with premature ejaculaton, etc. Well, I was on a strict regimen for around 6 months straight and in that time I gained 1" in length and .5" in girth. Now these are above average gains, but these PE exercises DO work and it could be helpful if you look into it. I can’t tell you how many stories I’ve read of guys overcoming their ED problems through these exercises. Now I know how skeptical people are about the whole idea behind PE, but considering the nature of this website itself, I’m hoping you guys would at least give it the benefit of the doubt. I think a PE regimen could really help.

Thanks for the post. I get where you’re coming from. I myself am an avid studier of PEing. I say studier, because I’ve read more on the subject then have actually done physically. I know it works because I did a short two months stint back in college and was amazed that it actually did something. I believe PE is just like any other exercise and some of the gains some of those guys were making were ridiculous. If you’re consistent and have a good program, you are going to gain, definitely. Any way, here’s the problem.

Many of our problems (or all) have a neurological root. So, while you may be willing to put in the work, if you can’t get sufficient blood flow to your unit, it’s not going to be effective. As you know, some of the exercises require you to be hard, or semi hard to complete. When you can’t get it up, this poses a little bit of a problem. Even if you can get it up, there are times when it isn’t a complete or full erection. Those suffering with this know what I’m talking about. For PE to be effective, you have to be able to get FULL, if you know what I mean.

I’ve thought about starting many times to get the size and functionality back to my johnson, but it doesn’t matter how good the mechanic is if the cars computer is broken. There is only so much you can do.

Pumping on the other hand is something I’ve given serious consideration to within the past couple of months. This is something that will overide the brain and pull blood into every nook and cranny of the damn thing. That may be the way to go. I’d like to know more about any pumping resources you have available. I’m going to PM you…

it seems stupid but it’s exactly what i was thinking about. Could exercises as jelqing, stretching etc. help us with shrinkage problems. Or rather assuming they works on “normal” people can they work on us too?

i did 5/6 days of stretching, particularly v-stretching about 20 days ago and of course penis didn’t grow in length, maybe it lost girth, it didn’t improve curvature maybe it worsened it and i have worse erectile dysfunction and libido than before doing that shit. Actually having erection and libido worsened could be just a coincidence or maybe it could be due to other 2 different things that changed in this period but i cannot exclude that penis enlargment did that to me, i feel quite concerned about it.

Unfortunately, it seems now that everything boosting normal men and sending them thru the roof makes us worse. Really, it seems like a rule, and it is pretty well explained in Awor’s thread about the PFS study.

Here is my story, before Fin, I took Saw Palmetto (7 years earlier) and it messed me up REAL BAD, particularly ED wise, but also libido, although “i still had some libido left”…

My johnson would not get firm anymore and one of the chambers, including the glans would not fill. I gave PE a try. It really did wonders: reduced ED, improved glans filing, and increased size…

I can understand that during the crash this might be a terrible idea due to circulation problems, but anyone tried on their good days? I really think there is something to it…

and to the guy who mentionned “hard flaccid” forum, well, many there claimed they got better when they got back to stretching… I WOULD SAY A BIG NO TO JELQING though. Bad idea.
