Has Finasteride Killed the Prostate?

I have talked to some ppl who had cancer in the prostate and had to remove the prostate by complete. Asking them about if and how they
still can keep sexual relationship… all of them told me they can have erection after taking 2 pills of viagra, but they don’t have the same pleasure like before.

Most of ppl in this forum (mainly those ppl who took the drug for long time) use to present the same behavior of a person who has the prostate removed by complete.

So the question is : Has Finasteride Killed the Prostate by complete making the symptoms forever irreversible?

I don’t think it killed it, but damaged it for sure. The level of damage varies. Long term use isn’t even a factor. There are tons of guys that used this and got extreme issues in just a few days.
