I’m doing the exact same thing, low carb, no gluten, only on day 1 so far lol.
My supps are 5000ui VitD, omega3, magnesium glycinate, melatonin
I take “amino energy” by optimum nutrition which has caffeine and amino acids.
And I plan on doing a weekly herb rotation of Tribulus, maca, rhodelia, ashwaganda, and St. John’s wort (wort only on weekends)
I also will do resistance 4x a week and will do HIIT sprints 3x a week.
And most importantly I will take a break from this forum.
