Has anyone had mitochondrial testing?

People with mitochondrial disease react poorly to medications in general. Has anyone had someone actually work them up beyond swab testing?

I’ve done some intense testing, the only finding was a minor proton leak.
The general mitochondrial health was overall good besides the one thing mentioned.
