Has anyone ever recovered from a crash within 3 months?

I’m talking about a real crash. The one that hits your body suddenly with tons of side effects. Has anyone completely recovered from this within 3 months? Is this possible?

I’m almost back to normal, after about 8 months. Only sleep is my main issue now

I did short fasting, 3 days tops although I am planning on doing a long fast soon, eat animal fat like tallow and lard eat meat and low sugar live set yogurt, i got worse at the start because of my diet. don’t drink tea and coffee or cocoa ( no spices or flavorings of any kind really) , water, meat and animal fat should be your go to food and try to eat as little as is possible. One meal every day.

Almost normal, as well, after 1 year and 5 months.

Nothing much and not sure if it was helpful or useless or even bad.

  1. Running for 2 months (at months 13 and 14)
First month: very hard start. Cannot run more than 2 miles. Slow increase. Run 2/3 times per week.

Second month: huge increase in intensity. Run between 5 and 10 miles 6/7 times per week. Feelings: huge pain in ankles and difficulties to breath correctly + noticed low sweating. Increase in gynecomastia/liquid around nipples, low libido, depression. Stopped. Hypothesis: unbalanced progesterone ?

  1. Tribulus (mediherb) 2 cycles
First cycle at month 13 of pfs: 3pills/day for 2 weeks. Feelings: fullness of testicles and increase of ejaculating power. Hypothesis: increase of AR ?

Second cycle at month 16 of pfs: 3 pills/day for a week. Feelings: huge pain in leg muscles, groin and prostatic area during all the day. Especially sitting. Slight release after normal night of sleep (weak insomnia). Pain was there for 3 or 4 weeks.

  1. Honey 2 times per day (at month 17)
Read somewhere that honey makes estrogen lower. Took 2 spoons per day with tea for 2 weeks. Felt huge relieve of pain in legs (induced by Tribulus) and decreased gynecomastia. However pain and gyno were coming back after few hours.

  2. Vitamin D 4000 UI (or less) per day (at month 17 until now)

Endocrinologist advised vitamin D (as mine was low). Prescribed me doses of 100000 UI. I did not say anything despite knowing that some of victims got worse from a dose of 50000 UI.
Advised dosage is 4000 UI max per day. That’s what I did.
And… Huge relieve.
Things that disappeared:

  • Pain induced by Tribulus
  • Insomnia mostly (even if it is difficult to sleep
    more than 6/7 hours)

Things that Improved:

  • libido
  • erections
  • gynecomastia
  • ejaculating force

Things that remain unchanged:

  • no hairloss
  • slow beard growth

Not sure if it was vitamin or just time that balanced the system.
And of course, be careful with Trib or vitamins. Avoid any experiments without advise of specialists, read stories of folks that got hurt, blablabla etc.

Yea, when I didn’t force anything and just trained and ate well,. when I started masturbating again and pumping herbs /supps I crashed again… took longer to recover… sometimes less is more.
. but if you’re low in a base vit or mineral it’s ok to supplement… let the body do what it needs to do… don’t take isolated supps targeted towards neurotransmitters or testosterone… let the body figure it out with a good diet and PROPER supplementation… no porn, no testing erections, no ejaculation… Rest and train, rest and train

It’s probably worth mentioning that people who have got better don’t tend to stick around (please do - it’s good for everyone).

As a result, finding someone who recovered who will see your question is one thing, having that person be recovered within 3 months is another layer of filtering, making it even trickier to find someone.

I’d read that as a positive, rather than a negative.
