Wow, I would have expected a result in the lower range. I did it too, but didn’t make them to print the results. I will soon do it.

How is your semen? Does it look like it used to before the drug? Do you have prostatitis?
Well, it’s hard to tell. I’m on TRT, and I barely ejaculate anything at all. However, I do know that the prostate fluid is transparent when I don’t use Proviron or Andractim, and that it turns white - like it’s supposed to be, after using one of those steroids. This indicates DHT deficiency. I have had symptoms of prostatitis (I had it before using Propecia too), and urine is often dripping after I have urinated, but they didn’t find anything wrong with the prostate.

Shortly before going to Kos, french radiologist in my hometown measured 13cc (and noted “normal size”)
In Kos Dr G measured 16cc (!) before therapy (abx+massages for 6wks), I think around 12-13cc right after (dont know what to make of it as I cannot trust Dr G)
5 months later In Paris radiologist at Institut Alfred Fournier (specialists in MST and prostatitis) measured 15cc (still “normal size”), about 3 wks ago
I’ve studied the ultrasound picture, and I’ve noticed that there is a significant difference between the left- and right side of the prostate. The left side looks fine, but the right side is much smaller, and it looks deflated! From what I’ve read, the prostate is supposed to be heart shaped, which means that the shape should be equal on both sides. I think I have to ask another doctor about this.
You should have a competent radiologist, with experience in prostatitis diagnosis, perform a TRUS with color doppler on you. Prostatitis most often are located in focal spots in the prostate. Mine is on the left lobe, visible on the ultrasound (only a radiologist with experience in prostatitis - not talking about the Kos doc here - could see it, another one before him didnt see anything). The doppler confirmed the presence of inflammation. The DRE also is more painful on the left and the urologist (again NOT Dr G) could sense more hardness and “fullness” on the left side.
Did your doctor have any diagnosis on this, such as BPH or an infection?
No. The doctor said my prostate was fine… Serum results came back negative as well. However, I’m going to ask for a second opinion, because it sure as hell doesn’t look fine to me - if it’s supposed to be heart shaped.
I think this flatness is because of puffiness (due to lack of DHT or DHT action) This is the same puffiness we are having else where in our body. you will be surprised I have this flatness or puffiness in my finger tips and toes.In these flat areas I have no feelings but numbness and this is no surprise I have read the same thing on some other forums.

16 cc one year post fin. Problems back then were drop in penile sensation watery semen and testicle shrinkage
22 cc last year december (6.5 years post fin), problems were massive testicular shrinkage, burning pains when sitting and no erections even with viagra/levitra. Also testicular aches and numb penis. Actually on riding the bike in 5 minutes my penis shrunk to almost non existent and numbed completely, clearly a sign of lack of blood movement.
26 cc in april started prostate massages
23 cc in September. All symptoms improved 50-70%. Only testicular shrinkage remained to a less extend

There dr. Guercini in italy i think he practices it still or maybe not. Its been a year i haven’t contacted him.
You can also try a prostate massager device maybe it helps a bit. Search pro-state massager in google. I think its for the ones who have larger prostates but it sais to reach the seminal vesicles. I am hesitant to try a dondom up my ass but who knows if i don’t manage to drop the inflammation any further and cant get the money to get doctor massaging me i might.
Finally theres dr Georgiadis in Greece. He is expensive but it worked for me the first time and till now results are kept. I would like to try it without antibiotics though to see if just the better flow through prostate tissues helps as well.

This is what gives me hope. Did you do anything on those 6,5 years or just let the time heal it? My 18,2 ml is not enough, but I believe it’s growing as I’m not taking the drug anymore. There’s enough DHT in me and it will restore the prostate hopefully. I should start checking it regularly.
Mew, when was your 18 ml measured? Right after finasteride or not a while back?
I believe it was 3 or 4 years after quitting.
