Hard to understand all this..

Hi all!

I’m a simple primary school teacher from the Netherlands, but I really have a hard time understanding all these terms and abbreviations around here. Maybe it’s also a language barrier.

I’ve been suffering for most, if not from all of the pfs-symptoms for nearly a decade now. Tried dieting, working out, trt-therapy, supplements, but nothing really worked for me. Kind of accepted it as something I just had to deal with. Which works for me, until I came across this forum, which gave me a tiny, just a tiny bit of hope.

Yet, I really have no clue as to where I should begin. I’ll try the healthy, natural tips I’ve read around here and I was wondering if there’s anyone out there who can help me understand all of this in a Mickey Mouse language and maybe start adding some heavier recovery methods, as I don’t want to mess up my system even more.

As you probably realize there are no real rules to recovery. It seems some people recover from some things while others have no success.

Obviously a healthy lifestyle is important. Most do not seem to get anywhere with hormones.

Have you found anything that helped a little?
