hair elixir gone bad

Need a response or opinion. Been taking the following for two months:
finasteride 1mg - doubled dose for one month
minoxidyl 2%
saw palmetto
biotin
dht blocker topical

Anyway, I stopped all this crap on 11/18 since I had shoulder surgery on that day. Is it possible that all this stuff has caused my test to decrease and estrogen to rise? And I’m feeling emotional and hypersensitive, like a female. Any thoughts on how long this stuff stays in your system? And how to lower the estrogen? Thanks.

Fin is metabolized within 6-8 hours, but DHT surpression can last for more than a week after a single dose.
