Had Full Brain MRI w/ functional - need Dr's to review??

So I quit taking finasteride for hair loss in July 2009, just about 4 years ago. My story was highly publicized last year due to the fact I had begun transgender therapy during the 2 years I was affected by PFS before figuring out what was causing it. (I’m Mandi McKee)

Many of my symptoms persist completely to this day, especially the cognitive/mental effects - memory, concentration, brain fog impairment, plus recurring depression/anxiety, and visual dimness among others.

I had a complete brain MRI about 3 months ago at a large university. It included the more advanced “functional” MRI scan.

The doctor who reviewed it knows little about PFS, said I had no physical damage like a concussion, etc.

BUT… I am looking for any interested doctors or professionals to examine my brain MRI (I have all the files)

I am particularly interested to have someone knowledgeable with PFS to examine the MRI for any changes in grey matter, size of structures influenced by testosterone/estrogen balance, as well as the pituitary gland for possible effects from PFS.

I am open to this being included in any on-going research for PFS.

Please contact me directly if you’re able to assist. Or if you know of any doctors who might help, please forward this message.

Thank you!

You can contact a neuroendocrinologist like Dr. Jacbos, or the researchers at Bringham and Women’s to see if they’d be interested: ziptrials.us/study/brigham-and-w … ess-study/

Better to contact Brigham and Women’s. I don’t think giving it to Jacobs is a good idea for many reasons.
