hi everyone. i had to post this question. i couldn’t find any other mention of this on this board. i just got a letter, certified mail, from Robert Habush stating he was withdrawing from this case. apparently, he’s handing it off to Marc Grossman and Vicki Maniatis of the Sanders Law firm. how does everyone feel about this? has anyone heard anything about why? in the letter he mentions a “family situation”. i was just wondering how this might portend for the future of this litigation. any info would be welcomed.
