Some pfs patients including me have skin problem.
I think this symptom looks like growth hormone insensitivity syndrome (GHIS) or Laron syndrome.
According to the researches, pfs makes our androgen singnal and neurosteroids signal disturbed. It is not difficult to imagine that pfs also distorted growth hormone signal in the worst case of unlucky pfs patients. Because the function of growth hormone considerably overlaps androgen receptor’s function and the latter regulates the former.
