In my search to find a better doctor, preferably on the NHS here in England I have noticed something very saddening. Doctors that are more likely to help with this sort of situation (hormones, thyroid, adrenal issues) to name a few, are being struck off for malpractice. I know I don’t really have the knowledge or right to say, but it’s quite obvious the kind of doctors these are: they don’t go by the nazi like system of the NHS when it comes to these types of issues, and the GMC don’t like it, despite them probably helping people with thyroid, adrenal, prostate, hormone problems more than other doctors, who go off basic test results only and don’t listen to the patients symptoms well enough.
I would of actually asked to be referred straight to Dr Skinner as he is very close, or I would of paid to see him. I’m not saying either of these could help mine/ our situation specifically, but if you look into it (I have only provided basic links) these are the kind of doctors ideal for helping out with these issues.
I found these doctor’s by using google, cities/ areas I am interested in seeing a doctor and using terms like ‘thyroid’ or ‘testosterone’ etc, and before anyone starts saying how dumb this is. It’s what I saw some of the moderators doing over on Crisler’s forum, and it actually seems like a very good way to find doctors, although it probably has it’s limits.
Dr Myhill’s website is actually probably worth a read to many members on this forum, so take a good look.

I’m sorry if this is a bit unclear, but I hope you get the idea. The FIRST TWO doctors I find that look good, are under review by the GMC - what a joke.
