Great article on adrenal fatigue

As of now I’m positive I have an adrenal fatigue problem. I was getting better, but the new semester at school is kicking my ass. I’ve been getting stressed out and whatnot, and to add to that, I’ve been staying up late and drinking, and waking up at 7 in the morning to go to school. This has killed my libido all over again.

There’s supplements that can help I’m sure, but I think the core of the matter is lifestyle.

Also I think that using pregnenolone instead of progesterone may be a better option. It is available in pill and cream form.

Here’s another one, not specifically about adrenal fatigue but about the function of the adrenal glands in hormone synthesis:

Have a synachten and Insulin Tolerance test (ITT) and then you will know for a FACT whether you have an adrenal problem or not one way or the other and not have to speculate on the issue and certainly not have to consider treating a condition that might not exist.

See an endocrinologist state all your symptoms and have these gold standard tests.
