Gluten Free?

I apologize if there is already a thread about this, but I was hoping we could collect peoples experience with cutting gluten, whether or not they tested for celiac? I’ve heard it be recommended a few times and I’m really wanting to focus on creating a diet and exercise plan that will not only tighten my body up but hopefully alleviate some PFS symptoms as well.

Any advice/experiences would be much appreciated!

For me it helped for quite some time. After i cut gluten from the diet i was free from the headaches and most of the brain fog i was having. After about two years on a strict gluten free diet, i tried to eat it again and this time i did not have any reaction. So today i eat only bread and oats as far as gluten rich foods. It helped me.

I’ve been on a gluten free diet for about two months now.
My main concern is sexual side effects, which unfortunately did not improve after starting this new diet.
However, I did see some improvement mentally. I didnt even think I had bad mental side effects, but ever since i cut gluten from my diet I’ve been having much clearer, more vivid dreams. My sleep has definitely improved.

Im gonna keep trying to go gluten free, but I may start sneaking in a slice of pizza or sandwich every now and then.

Thanks guys. Did you lose any weight going Gluten Free or no? It seems like peoples experiences differ in this department.
