Yes, although not as powerful natural inhibition is still inhibition. People are here after using saw palmetto. Regarding recovery, that’s very lucky. I would therefore remain optimistic considering you’ve bounced back before. In the mean time if I were you I’d certainly be steering clear of anything a dermatologist wants to stick on you. Just went to the doctor and they gave me (even showed the bottles) of the stuff the put on my hair…
Was -Inositol - pantothenic acid - aminobenzoic acid and also Biotin…

So dont think I crashed because of that since are just natural vitamins… what u think guys?
THen I don’t fuking know why I am like that… but I’m quite fucked up… Hope to improve again since I didnt take any drug and I was 100% recovered… I’m taking VItamin D now cause it came low in my last bloodtest…

I wonder if stress was the trigger as you’ve suggested. Would you say that your feelings about your relationship were something that were weighing on you heavily or were you moving along and generally getting over it?

Did you have a system to recover before? Could you replicate it?

I’m actually a really sensitive guy… And thinks with couples and that stuff affects me I think too much… WIth this girl I had a lot of ups and downs until by may of this year we were still talking (I was still loving her) and suddenly she said she was dating someone else and that fucked me up… I was keeping moving but you know, inside of me that was hard… So could be one of the triggers… who knows…
THe think is that right now I’m not good… But if I recovered once, now that I didn’t take anything have to do it again.
Look, this day I’ve been recovering mails and stuff from the first crash (april 2015) until my 100% recovery (may 2016) more or less, but until october 2016 didn’t say it in the forum…
THe things I did were not too much,
by may of 2015 i took a pills that are called Dogmatil, just because I couldn’t control my anxietty and insmonia.
That helped me I think a lot with this issue, and allowed me to keep going with live but still with complete impotence…
So in sexual terms, everything improved reaaaaally slow, just with time. Months with complete impotence, didn’t even touch it ( I had even penile shrinkle)… Then sometime I woke up with weak erections… and then I was able to put a video and have a boner… bit a bit…
Then, by october of 2016 (still reaaaaally heavy ED) I went to an endocronologist and she gave me a multivitaminic called CN-Base and a Liver detox called Scientific liver detox.
I took them during a month or so… And the sexual sides were still improving on that time…
By march of 2016 I was quite better and on April I meet a girl for first time one year later… I had a really good sex with her but I took a small piece of cialis… From that day I kept having sex with girls and my live came back… Till 2 fucking weeks ago ;(
In this 2 weeks though, I have had complete impotence, except last sunday that I could have erection and I jerked off… So at least was an improvement…
But right now I think the worst side is the fucking tiredness I have… Im sleepy all the day and I was having so much energy before…
Im taking vitamin D now…
Last summer, I had a period where I was having a really bad brain fog, I also had some ED but nothing really heavy, I recovered in some months… So maybe now can be the same.

It was probably the vitamins, most likely the biotin. Anything that can regrow hair is probably dangerous.

I think there’s every reason to think that your current position will improve.

As you have recovered before, and not with a bolt of lightning and then a sudden return to form, I think your body did the necessary things and righted itself. It’s possible that it could be a quicker recovery this time around, since your body has already gone through the process.

It’s good that you know what you did before too so you can hopefully replicate the steps. You should document your progress - I hope you won’t need it again but you might be able to help someone else with the info.

do you think?? I’m not sure… I’ve been reading and don’t think that has nothing to do with all this mess… As I said I was feeling really tired already before they put the vitamins… and some time I felt my erections not as hard as always… so maybe I was gonna crash anyway…

If it wasn’t the vitamins then your androgens just got worse by themselves, like I said before in my first reply to your topic.

I don’t see why it matters either way, you have PFS again now and nothing besides luck is going to fix it.

David, it is time to restart and create a log with your symptoms and protocols.
You will get help for sure in case you dont see any progress and it would be something finally credible AS you recovered already once.

Most Vitamins interact with 5AR/androgens in some way.

Have you done any blood work recently?

Surgery, stress, anxiety can ALL lower hormones DRASTICALLY. These might have been contributing factors to how you feel now and your lower hormones could be making you feel this way. You may not even have this genetic issue that a lot of us have. Hypogonadism can cause a lot of your sides that you explained such as ED, low energy, no sex drive, etc.

Yes I did have a really extense bloodtest… All came up good, except Vitamin D… Testosterone was good (quite high)… So I don’t really now what is going on… It has been an horrible week, today I feel a bit better though, I woke up and don’t feel this mix of tiredness and brainfog so heavy that I was feeling… It has been so so so hot here in Spain these 2 last weeks, sweating while sleeping at night etc…and casually yesterday it rained a lot and the temperatures went down drastically…(from 38º to 21º) I went out yesterday to take some freshair after the rain… Don’t know but I’m feeling a bit better today.
Still tired, the path is gonna be long again but hope to improve with time again…

The bloodtest is from 1 month ago (4th of july), I put the more relevant, low vitamin D and then the sex hormones… Sorry everything is in Spanish… right now I’m feeling stil reaaally tired, can’t sleep well, not enjoying absolutely anything…Don’t know what’s going on but my libido is super high, and right now I do can have erections but not as hard as before…just some day ago I was impotent…
If you have any doubt about the bloodtest just let me know.

At the moment my protocol right now is that I’m taking a multivitaminic called CN base, another one from reishi mushroom, and vitamin D.
I don’t know man if is PFS or not, I ensure you that I had it on 2015, reaaaally bad sides, and finally (for me was just time) I recovered 100%… I have had some downs, for example u can read my post called I WAS RECOVERED…
But the downs have been never like now… Bit a bit since 2 months ago was harder to keep the erections, more tired every time…since almost 2 weeks ago that I became almost impotent, and every morning I couldn’t even wake up from bed because of this tiredness… since then I have improved again the sexual sides (far from 100%, not feeling the same in the orgasm, stil hard to get the erection… but at least now I can have erections, have libido) but the tirednees is not going out, it’s mixed with a brainfog, and a feeling of that everything is shit (kind of depression I guess)… Yesterday I was kind of better… but just a mirage I guess… Hopefully in some weeks I could say this was just very big bump to get a permanent recovery…

Reishi mushrooms are 5 alpha reductase inhibitors - like propecia/Finasteride. You might want to avoid that supplement.
