Does anybody know what to do about numbness or discomfort in the penis?
This is probably the biggest stressor for me.
Has anyone had any luck, or have any ideas for what this might be, and for what can be done for getting rid of it??

Likely a result of your hypogonadal state, possibly related to some neurosteroid/transmitter issues as well (some SSRI victims experience the same thing).
But overall I’m betting its due to low T/DHT.
Can this go away? Does it for most of you?
I also feel the gurgling in my testicles where the pain is, like there is some sort of blockage, some prevention of normal function.
By “numbness or discomfort in the penis” do you mean a feeling of cold sometimes too? Because I sometimes feel discomfort due to that.
