Do you have overall numbness on the penis or just in specific areas? My tip and the middle of the shaft is more numb than the rest.
A good thing you can do is avoid SSRI and if you masturbate than just with assistance of lube.

One day after take 5000iu Vit D because I was low I woke up from a nap with THE most ridiculous! Headache of mine or anyone elseās life

Idk if I did permanent damage to my brain because the pain from that headache was beyond anything I ever felt
It wasnāt just a regular headache Iām afraid it was actual brain damage

Came back for me then crashed again.
In my case I woudnāt call it complete numbness, instead Iād describe this condition as āthe tactile sensations donāt lead to the sexual arousal and pleasureā. Which seems pretty weird to me. It doesnāt appear to be connected with my emotional state, it looks more like some important signal pathway in me vanished.

i also noticed my penis is MUCH drier than before. simply stroking it hurts most of times.
this is no way of living life. just pure tormentā¦

Same here, did not have it the first 2 and a half years of PFS and then,(I feel when my hormones went back to the normal balance), developped full blown, genitals, back, butt and scalp numbness. I have reason the think scalp numbness is also the reason why I donāt loose hair anymore. If I get a bit of sensations one day then I loose hair.
