As many of you know, one of the main scientists believes that the root of PFS lies with the GABA receptor. I was reading and I came across some interesting articles about Bumetanide and its effect on GABA.

Bumetanide inhibits NKCC1 Cl- channels which then modulate GABA. Interesting, aldosterone also has an effect on NKCC1. I was urinating a lot when I crashed and it was found that I had low Aldosterone.
