Frequency of masturbation: Correlation with improvement/worsening of sexual sides?

Is there any effect y’all have noticed between the frequency of masturbation and improvement/worsening in sexual sides/nocturnal erections? Thoughts on complete abstention? Haven’t had morning/nocturnal wood in 100 odd days now but have been masturbating once a day almost…Have taken breaks in the middle for 3-4 days but no impact on morning/nocturnal wood. Curious to know your opinions, thanks!

I did it 3 times in one day a couple days after New Years.
Went to sleep and BAM
crashed like never before
Vision was all fucked up, cognitively Fucked
CNS distruption to the point where body parts were moving slowly…digestion just halted
I didn’t even go to the bathroom for what seemed liked forever
No emotions whatsoever
Dick was just completely limp
It was a scary month or 6 weeks

Thankfully have fully recovered since that crash
That really made me appreciate life more that’s how scary that was

I think NoFap is dangerous for us. We need to remind the body what erections are. The LEAP method makes the most sense:

Limit Ejaculation And Porn.

In terms of morning wood. In my case, if I don’t rub one off (ejaculate), there’s a greater chance I’ll get some movement in the morning (weak morning wood).

Honestly bro…I couldn’t do anything but rest.
I was genuinely scared so I just treated myself as if I was a hospital patient badly injured or sick. A laid in bed. When I would get up I’d move slowly. So sad.

I’d force myself every morning to eat the same breakfast every day. 2 whole eggs sometimes 3 with some whole wheat toast.
Just at least I won’t be hungry.
My dinner was usually something clean like chicken maybe or something like that.

I had to::my digestive system completely stopped. That was truly…truly terrifying.
It was like the muscles and mechanisms inside my body simply stopped working like I was a very old man.
But Thank God o have come back so far to 100% or at least very close.

I just rested…didn’t eat much. When I did it was clean food.
I took choline supplements. Some vitamin C
Drank water.
I really didn’t do much.
