I have started a new diet, a free saturated fat diet.
over the past few years I have tried various diets. do not know if it is psychological or if it is really helping me.
I’m feeling much better. Someone might try to follow this diet for about 2 weeks?
avoid: butter, milk, red meat, oils, fried food, processed food with saturated fat, coconut dried, avocado, chocolate.
alow: fruits, rice, grilled breast chicken(i know have a little saturated, but its just a little), cooked potato, pasteurized white egg, veggies.
