Freaking out, accidentally ate bread with B vitamins (B1, B2, B3) are these methyl donors?

I am freaking out, I just ate bread with B vitamins (B1, B2 and B3) and folate. What’s the probability I’ll crash bad? I’ve read B vitamins should be avoided because they are methyl donors :frowning:

Pretty low risk tbh.

Unless the bread had like 10000% RDI like the supplements people crashed on.

You will be fine
It’s only bread not like a super concentrated vitamin or whatever

You’re good

heavy supplementation of them should be avoided generally

especially the methyl version of them. for example b12 methylcobalamine supplements i stay away from

as far as food goes, idk what to say. i eat a lot of dairy which has vitamin b’s, but then again each one of us responds differently in this hell

The stuff you read in here :joy:

I had been taking a moderate amount of vitamin b12 every couple of days because my results showed it was low. Even with a moderate amount, my b12 numbers skyrocketed, from 600 to 1200. I’ve stopped taking the supplements for months now because I didn’t feel any positive difference with them, and don’t feel different.
