I just wish the mental cognitive brain impairment parts were covered (in my humble opinion-please donât take offense- most devastating) I think if people can describe brain fog more understandably, and less pathetically, then this horrific condition would become much more understandable to the general public. Iâm starting to believe the term brain fog is muchâ too light/passiveâ of a description and quite easy to brush aside as the mere âawe shucks; my life sucks depressionâ. Fuck all. Itâs not.
This is NOT a fucking depression people! Get this shit straight and proper. The people lucky enough not to have mental sides are very fortunate in my opinion. This condition is much more terrifying than simply being âbummed outâ mother fuckers! What the fuck?! Are you kidding me?! Simply put, every single day you have the daily torture of knowing your brain, is fucked up and something is wrong! You truly feel as if you have a form of brain damage. Itâs not a mere matter of mood or feelings!
Whatâs wrong with being able to tell the general public, news people, whoever, that you simply feel as if your brain is cognitively different and your horribly frightened as a result. It is NOT a depression at all in my opinion. Itâs the feeling of being constantly mentally impaired or constantly sedated; forgetful, irritable, memory is shot, extremely sensitive to stress, borderline PTSD symptoms, dazed, apathetic, medicated as if your functioning merely as a result of relying on your instincts, rather than your mind, to get to point A and point B. Ghost walking, and the feeling of not being artificially disconnected from the environment and people around youâŚseriously, this is a very serious and debilitating (borderline disability benefits) issueâŚat least guys with the problems downstairs can work and hold jobs. Not very easy with this problem, as it is definitely NOT a mere depression and please donât dismiss it as simply being that.
