I was particularly enthused to read about the organ-donor program. Having brains to study should help accelerate the medical research.
Morbid. Every brain is a PFS victim, a poor soul whose life was stolen short, a man who will never live to the end of their natural life as realistically most of those brains are coming from suicide victims.
I hope something is discovered and this particular effort isn’t in-vain.
Agreed. The whole issue is horrific.
It’s like this: we will lose – and have lost – many battles. But in the end, we will win the war. That does not necessarily help those innocent people who were slaughtered by the Nazis, so to speak. However, it’s better to lose, say, 100 lives while saving 1 million lives than to let the Nazis run rampant any longer than we have to.
