For the "healthy lifestyle can cure pfs" supporters

I want to share my last 4 days. Friday smoked weed, 2 and a bit weed sigarettes, drunk half a litre of beer 9% of alcohol, eaten large fries with kilos of ketchup and mayonnaise, eaten a chicken burger and 4 chicken wings, eaten 4 sugar donuts, 1 big white chocolate biscuit and 1 or 2 small walnut pies smoked maybe 5 sigarettes, on saturday i ran for about half an hour (the only healthy thing i’ve done in the last 4 days), masturbated for 6 or 7 hours in a row, i’m not joking , i just didn’t want to ejaculate (of course my erection came and went away many times due to my e.d.) taken like 100 mg of testim gel on my shoulders, 25 mg of proviron (a pill), 2 drops of andractim on my chest, 25 mg of cialis and 2500 mg of l-arginine all this stuff in 1 hour interval, then drunk half a litre of beer 10% and half a litre of beer 9% of alcohol, and half a bottle of wine 13% of alcohol, eaten only a croissant and a small walnut pie, smoked 6 or 7 sigarettes, went out in the evening and come back home at 9:30 a.m. of the day after, slept few hours, not more than 4 on sunday, eaten a ham ad cheese sandwich, a mixed kebab that was the fattiest food ever, and a bit of lemon cake and tiramisu cake, drunk almost a litre of lemon ice tea and a litre of watermelon juice, super rich in sugars, masturbated for quite a long time, not as long as on saturday of course. Well this morning my libido was very high, as before finasteride (actually it was high on saturday and sunday too), my erection was good, not as good as before finsateride but bettere than 99% of my pfs days and better than friday, saturday and sunday, premature ejaculation when achieving the erection was not strong as it ususally is, in erection penis was almost as big as it should be. And this happened after these 3 destroying days.

I generally find it counterproductive to let loose any sort of vitriol on this forum, seeing as how we’re all in this together and stuff, but this is probably the dumbest post I’ve ever read. So what’s your point? That if we all live incredibly unhealthy lifestyles we’ll find relief from PFS? You lived unhealthily for a few days, felt better, and your conclusion was that all the shit you put in your body was the cause of your improvement? I mean, for your sake, I really hope you can see the innumerable flaws in your logic (the concept of a too-small sample size being one). Tell you what: Keep eating and behaving the way you have, and get back to us in a year to see how you’re feeling. My guess is either your PFS will still be in full force, or you’ll be dead.

It’s fine if you want to believe no sort of healthy living can cure PFS, that our problem is far too complex to be treated with diet and exercise alone, that hard science is the only chance we have of finding effective treatments and cures. That’s a perfectly reasonable belief that just about everyone here (including me) shares. But if you think you have a better chance of improving your health by living like a shameless glutton than by eating right, exercising, and taking care of yourself, then, well . . . good luck to you. You’re going to need it.

I just want to share my experience. People here claim they felt better after fasting 15 days, after taking nystatin, after having cold showers in the morning, or after eating chocolate, i believe them but i don’t believe nystatin, fasting, chocolate, cold showers did anything to improve their condition. It is not a provocation, today i really feel almost recovered, i know it will not last, but for sure i feel better than after 7/8 days of fasting i did in october or after almost 2 months of huge doses of nystatin and anticandida diet i did in february/march. Even hcg that is the drug that seems to help me the most, seems it works better if i am on holiday and i get drunk every day and i smoke like a chimney than when i follow a normal lifestyle. I think stress really worsens my condition and all your alternative methods are extremely stressful.

esermon, I completely agree, while eating healthy may help your overall outlook, which is positive, it does nothing to address the root problem. Yes, I feel great after drinking as well. We have something wrong with our progesterone receptor…print it.

The sense of my discussion is not that i feel good after drinking, sometimes i don’t feel better after drinking, the sense is that as some people say they feel better after cold showers or nystatin or fasting etc. i feel better after 3 days when i did everything wrong one can do, but this doesn’t mean that doing unhealthy things can reverse pfs. Just not to seem too controversial i am pretty sure weed worsen my e.d. andractim shrinks my penis and worsen its sensitivity when i apply it on my penis, and testim gives me 10 in libido and takes away 100 from erectile function.
