Hi Guys,
To have some restbite from the awful shitty dead 24/7 days once per week I rotate between beetroot, garlic, kale, pomegranate and carrot which generally give me a lift accompanied with some sleep. I know I shouldn’t but it’s the only very temp improvement if any I get from this living hell. So once per week I’ll have a beet, the following week I’ll have garlic and so forth. Hours later I will settle back in to shitviille. My question is am I causing more damage by doing this “methylation” or could I actually be steering my body into a slow recovery. Any views are appreciated
