I watched Food Inc. over the weekend. Here is the link on IMDB:
The movie contains in depth discussion on the production of food in the USA. Basically most of the shit offered for sale in most grocery stores is not nutritious. I grew up on a ranch, butchering and eating game, and had NO IDEA how bad the conditions and quality of the majority of food produced is. The meats are without a nutrients and corn syrup/sugar is in pretty much everything.
Food Inc. also offers PERSPECTIVE ON HOW INEFFECTIVE THE FDA IS AT REGULATING, IT’S BASICALLY TOOTHLESS.
I recommend everyone watch this to get a better idea of what we’re up against battling Merck and also to gain perspective on the type of nutrition we are putting into our bodies. Healthy diet has been key for many of us to start feeling better.
If you don’t have netflix or live overseas PM me and I can show you where to find it online.
THIS MOVIE WILL INSTANTLY CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE ON WHAT YOU CONSUME!!!
