I think it may be worth looking into the antibiotic fluoroquinolones (cipro) to see if there’s mechanistic overlap between that and PFS I know that the antibiotics doxycycline acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibiting drug so maybe Ciro acts in similar fashion they have a massive community; some of the side effects reported include:
Onset of depression
Suicidal thoughts
Depression
Mood issues
Vision problems
Muscle wastage
Gut issues
Brain fog
Insomnia
