Fish oil

Hey guys,

I know it’s been said before… but, I really think everyone who is battling depression or just any type of moodiness… Try the fish oil out if you haven’t already.

I was feeling fatigued and down for a while and got back into taking fish oil and I really think it helped. I buy a pharmaceutical grade kind at the health food store. One in the morning and one at bedtime.

I’m not saying this by no means is a cure for brain fog… But it has to be your first defense if you find yourself feeling more stressed or depressed lately.

Which particular brand are you taking? What kind of fish oil?

I’m taking this one:

Hey guys,

I take one b12 and 5-MTHF in the morning… One cal and mag capsule at bedtime. Also upped my fish oil to 3 a day.

For the last 3 weeks my energy and mental clarity has been perfect. I’m actually needing less sleep, too. Just a few months ago, I was thinking of trying provigil due to excessive fatigue.

I’m also having sex or masturbating 5 times a week and the ejaculation volume is much more than it has been. The orgasm feels better, too.

I think perhaps the folate, rather than folic acid is a main reason for my new found energy.

ding ding ding… folate is a major supporter of the methylation cycle.

what is the reason u are taking the calcium and the magnesium citrate?

Actually posted the wrong link… The cal/mag should be just calcium citrate.

I think there is many benefits for both. I started to take the calcium because I don’t drink milk. The magnesium seems to be a natural fit… I know for sure the magnesium helps me have good, regular bowel movements. My legs don’t get as sore at work, either.

The citrate form is supposed to be one of the best for absorption.

cool man. also check out caloriecount.about.com/ to look into food sources of different vital things. i always eat kale because it’s a good calcium source because i don’t do dairy either.

Been a lot of threads about depression lately… I’m pushing the 5-MTHF stuff hard. I ran out for just a few days and felt the difference. I have no idea if I have the MTHF gene mutation or a problem converting folic acid to absorbable folate, but, I know this works great for me.

Someone else try this. Especially if you’re feeling depressed or fatigued!
