I was wondering is fish oil good or bad. I seen some ppl say it’s like 5a reductase somewhat.

I would absolutely avoid it
I have kinda been weary of alot of supplements now but the reason I started supplementing fish oil again I did a checkup at work back in Nov which had my bad cholesterol high & the good cholesterol low.
I read fish oil inhibits 5ar,but so many people who recovered/improved used and appreciated it. I think it’s worthy of trying…
