i started using finasteride in 2007 in august.i was fine at first with the increased libido and everything.then i lost my sex drive totally.i even went on .50 eod and it still was bad.but then trouble started.i got headaches after 6 months.my skin started to go pale and my eyebrows skin just started to flake off like i had exma or something.my face has blown up fat like i have no chisselled features anymore and my hips look like a womans even though ive always worked out everyday.but 2 months ago it went off like a bang.i started to get panic attacks,real bad ones for no reason at all.i can t sleep longer than 1 hour without waking up and having heart palpitations.it isnt after 6 months this crap gets you its after about a year.what reall makes me laugh is what people say on forums like its not the drug doing this!!what a load of crap.im here today to tell you after a year on fin ive had enough.ive just thrown it down the toilet all of it.jesus all i had was a maturing hairline no other baldness i had a great amount of hair still have,but the fin has also taken my hairline and ruined it by an inch either side.i was fine before i started fin with a good hairline but temple ressesion at corners.it seems to me if you only have a maturing hairline DO NOT TAKE FIN it only makes it worse.ive read loads of stories where the fin destroyed the hairline but grew back wen fin was stopped so im hoping.ive been through hell and enoughs enough now.im 36 and used to look 20 is what they said,now i look 60.IVE ALWAYS HAD OILY SKIN BUT THE FIN RUINED IT,IT KEPT MY FACE YOUNG.IM HERE TO TELL ALL OF YOU IM FINISHED WITH IT.GONE.IL CONTINUE WITH GREEN TEA AND STUFF BUT THIS SHIT IS BANNED.ITS EVIL.ID RATHER HAVE NO HAIR THAN DIE OF DEPRESSION.PS CAN ANYONE TELL ME SOME PROVEN HERBALS FOR HAIRLOSS?IM ON FISH OIL,VITAMINS B VITAMINS AND GREEN TEA.i hope i go back to normal and will keep you all posted,ive never had erection trouble though strangely.just lak of interest.UPDATE because i only would take fin every 2 or 3 days heres a quik update.i had my last pill on saturday and since then no panic attacks at all.also ive just done my workout and halved the time im able to do it in,with much greater strengh and power.im not sure if its to do with the fin yet or the pleasure im feeling not taking the crap.i feel like a new man like my old self again.even though my dad died last year only age 60 of smoking im going to get through this.please people ditch the fin.you wont beleive the difference.merk need suing.

no panic attacks at all after stopping fin.no idea how the hair will go.not sure if itl start shedding or not.still dry skin.no sleep pattern mess ups.it seems with me personally just taking the pill was enough to cause me major anxiety trouble but wen i didnt take it it didnt.maybe fin only affected me while in my system and not wen not.im not sure yet.feel much calmer.
And those who tell you that this in not specificaly related to finasteride are right. I know it is a surprise for you but I will give you the chance to test it. Take any other steroid type of drug… any other! You will get exactly the same sides you were going through while taking propecia. It will also finish with sleep disorders and heart palpitations.
Why? Because there is another element in this game doing this… You may take anything steriod-like with a immunosupressive properties and it will lead you to the exactly the same condition you are defining propecia-related.
I also got a bed news… these signs rising on your health horizon will likely return someday without any drug influance. It may be a matter of months even years but you will propably understand someday that these were a very early sings of something else, propably signs of what I explain on propeciahelp.

Mew, why haven’t you banned gottaproblem yet??? He’s now posting stuff like this, scaring people who have started recovering, telling them they’ll someday get worse. This is unforgivable! He’s NOT a doctor, never has anything to back up his lunatic theories and just preys on people’s fear and lack of knowing what Fin has done to them. He’s become a major problem for this site and should be kicked off and if he wants to start his own site then best of luck to him.
For anyone who thinks he “might” be on to something, go read this guy’s old posts as “Majkellos”. You’ll soon see he has never had ANY idea what’s wrong with him and has doctor shopped his way to his current theories. He’s come up with 5AR, candida, liver, lyme as possible reasons for his problems to name a few. Then he was diagnosed with fatty liver but instead of letting it stop there he’s on to his new pneumonia theory that only a few doctors seem to know about. What happened to the fatty liver??? Maybe he was lying about that too. Anyway, for those who still have doubts I’ll tell you a little story. When I was in Uni I worked at a gas station at night and each and every night this guy would come in and demand that the air from the air-pump should be free (it was 25 cents) and no matter how many times we told him it costs a quarter he would argue and yell and complain then go away only to come back the next night and do it all again. If you were to look at this guy, he looked normal but in his mind he was a nutcase. Gottaproblem is the same type of character. It’s his way or no way right or wrong, and now it’s getting worse where he’s trying to intimidate and scare other members. He’s one sick joke!
hi all well this might as well be goodbye.i stopped fin about 3 weeks ago after one years of sides id had enough.im much more happy(not wanting to kill myself)my erections are massive,i have my lovley oily skin back from dry shit.my panic attaks have gone and i have no hairloss at all and 98 percent of hair on my head.so all that just for a slightly and i mean slightly mature hairline.never again i say.i wish you all the very best,i think ive escaped any sides lingering at all so i wish you all well please please dont take this drug.peace to all of you.mark
