Finally got some progress via clomid/daily cialis/PRP/shockwave therapy

Amazing man! So would you say you restored your loss of erect penis girth/length back to pre pfs 100%?

  • Did you have any curve/bends, did they recovered too?
  • Does orgasms feels great again, and is your semen volume back to normal? Thanks much.

At this point, my erect length is definitely back to what it was before my crash yup. I believe using the vacuum pump along with the prp is restoring this, and could be an important factor here, as a vacuum device has been used my many guys for size gains. Consistency is key and I think to keep the progress, this has to become a regular routine thing, and maybe down the line it can be discontinued

Orgasms feel great. No issues there. Semen volume is pretty close to what I remember it being. To be honest it’s been so long I forget what a normal volume is, but it’s not watery and clear like it was after I crashed, and looks fairly normal to what I remember.

There is still a slight bend, and I’m not sure that this will ever go away to be honest, although maybe with more prp/shockwave treatments this will get better. Using the vacuum device should also help this.

The vacuum device when used correctly is an impotent part of this puzzle I think. Hopefully maybe this will help straighten it and the bend will go away down the road. It’s all so early to tell yet, but I’ll have to see what happens in the long term with these treatments

I have not been checked for that to Be honest. I think there would have to be some form of scar tissue there. I did get a slight bend in my penis after my body crashed and it stayed this way for the past 8 plus years, so I’m sure there is some buildup from everything atrophying and changing. I’m kind of hoping that whatever is going on can be permanently solved with continual treatments. I read somewhere that a guy who had prostate surgery, got 12 shockwave treatments and regained normal function after that. And even though our cases are different from that, I’m sure some of our Issues have to do with the prostate and the muscles/nerves surrounding it. Especially considering some guys who get prostate surgery are basically completely impotent afterwards. I wonder though, did he do the treatments right after the surgery before he suffered any long term atrophy? I wanna find wherever I saw that and read the fine details on it.

Since our bodies have been fucked for so many years, our penile tissue has probably atrophied quite a bit over time, so to me it seems that we would need a fair amount of treatments to get where we need to be. At the end of the day, the only thing we can lose is money by trying it, and what’s life with a dead dick anyway? I don’t care how much money I have to drop on this im going all in to see if a permanent fix is possible. To me a permanent fix is getting off of al cialis/viagra and functioning without all that. although that might be a stretch but we shall see.

Do you use a vacuum pump? This sex specialist sent me a pumping guide instructing me how to properly use it for permanent gains and function. It seems to me that’s a big part of the puzzle, because it stretches the tissue and helps to regenerate. I got one because they say if you use it after PRP treatments it dan raise the effectiveness of it long term.

I will look into a pump. It sounds like it might have some validity to it but no, I didnt use one after my prp treatment. It wasnt mentioned. Youve definitely given me some hope so thank you so much for posting your experience. I will keep trying till Ive exhausted every option. Thanks for the advice! We will beat this one way or another.

I believe we will one day too man! I would most definitely look into a pump. Just make sure you find one with a proper pressure gauge on it, And make sure it has a proper release valve on it. I would stay away from the bathmate as I’ve heard horror stories of guys who overpump and damage their penis. If Your pump has a proper pressure gauge, and you keep it running on low pressure, then you won’t have those issues. I actually overpumped a little bit once, but it healed up in a few days.

If you want to, PM me your email, and I’ll forward you the email I got from a sex specialist, and it has all the info you’ll ever need about how to properly use one, and which ones to buy. They say that PRP and shockwave treatments yield better results when a pump is used after the Procedure

Hey, sounds like we’re in nearly the same position.

Crashed a few years ago from SP. things were real rough for a while, but once the physical/mental stuff started clearing up after lots of experimenting, I was able to improve on all fronts and most recently I’ve found myself happy with my sex life after playing with cialis/Shockwave.

Right now I’m off everything and I’ve been off everything for the last few months, wanted to see how my body handled it. still got a pretty good baseline that hovers around 80-90%. My sleep is fucked lately because of my work but that’s normal. I think I would be even higher with good sleep.

With a combination of SW/cialis I am 110% sexually. I am accepting of my situation because it’s not that bad anymore. I think that’s the trick of getting over the last bit of recovery.

Why have you stopped with SW??
Are they not recommened to be used continously over time?

Great to hear man! How many shockwave treatments have you done? Do you use a vacuum pump at all? Are you on a continuos shockwave regimen? Did you get prp done as well?

Most definitely. My doctor said that some younger guys have success from the first PRP/shockwave combo so he said well start with that and see what happens over 8-12 weeks and then decide from there the next plan of action. I plan to go back in 2-3 months and get another PRP/shockwave session done, and then get one shockwave treatment done per week for 6-10 weeks after that. Hopefully that along with a vacuum pump/cialis will support long term healing, and then see if I’m able to get off of the pump/cialis in a years time. Even if I had to take a daily cialis forever but function 100 percent all the time long term, I would be okay with that.

Thanks formyour feedback bro.

Update:

Got some unfortunate news in the way of progress. It has now been 16 days since the PRP/shockwave treatments and it seems as though the affects of the procedures is wearing off.

After the procedure I had rock hard erections and my pelvic floor felt normal again for about 2 weeks, with normal ejaculations, but alas, my erections are now back to 85 percent or so, and ejaculations are dribbling out again. My flacid hang however has stayed good, but this has been the norm for me this last year.

My hypothesis is that the hormonal/neural component of this disease couldn’t keep up with the healing process and brought me back to where I was before. It’s like there is an inflammatory response preventing our systems from being healed. If our problems were only from a pelvic floor / muscular problem, I think it would be able to be solved through continual shockwave treatments / pelvic floor treatments until the body healed itself, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

At this point, I’m not sure if I wanna invest thousands of dollars into this just to get the same result again. I wanna believe this could have been a potential cure but it seems there is a negative feedback loop that would prevent this from being successful long term.

It’s dissapointing indeed, but this won’t stop me from persevering. In case anyone was wondering, my original username on this forum was “louidoui,” but I lost my login info for that account. I saw my name mentioned in another post asking if I was cured, so I thought I’d clarify that I’m still kicking and searching for a cure.

Thank you for reporting on your results. I’m sorry to hear what happened to you. Your experience of ‘some improvements’ followed by a return to baseline is a common theme.

Please can you take the user survey? You just need to click the bar graph in the top right. Your response will take a little while - but you will be helping the community here, big time. We have interest in the data and hope to share developments soon.

Most definitely will do that. Another quick update for you guys:

It was my friends b day yesterday and we went out and got quite drunk, and last night I functioned absolutely perfect sexually. Not only that, but I woke up with a raging hard on. Why is this? This has been a common theme for me this last year. Every time I get super drunk, I function way better than when I’m sober.

The reason could be that ethanol decreases androgen receptors, it seems like many people get improvement from substances with this effect.

Interesting, so why would this help? Is it under the assumption that our bodies have an inflamed response to our androgen receptors? It’s super weird because in any normal body, alcohol shuts down the function of the penis while drunk. Most of my friends say even after 4 or 5 beers they can’t function at all. For me, even if I was to drink 12 beers I function amazing, and have a raging sex drive too.

My theory is that our androgen system works in the opposite way of healthy people. Our ARs are severely overexpressed so antiandrogenic action, which in a healthy person would reduce androgenic functions, will give us improvement. Also I would guess that if your friends took steroids they would get increased sexual function, whilst most people with PFS are insensitive or even get worse with steroids. Personally my only window was caused by a high dose of HCG, and later I read that HCG temporarily decreases AR expression.

Interesting, that makes sense to me. What is your reaction to testosterone? I have gone on and off trt about 4 times in the last few years. Interestingly enough, when I did EOD sub q injections, I felt cured for a week. Sexually I was on fire, raging libido, everything. Then after the first week it was like a light switch turned off, and it all went to shit. My dick became completely useless. However I got all the other benefits from Test. Just ruined me sexually

Wow interesting that you were cured for a week. I’ve also taken test various times, it didn’t do anything sexually but it seems like I was starting to gain weight and strength etc. But I’ve had a similar experience to yours, I once took a high dose of proviron and for one day my genitals looked normal, then the effect disappeared. When I tried proviron again nothing happened.

Hey no way I had a similar reaction to proviron as well. First time I took it I got raging sex drive and erections for like a day or two then the affects disappeared so I stopped taking it. It’s like our bodies develop a tolerance to medication instantly. I just wish there was some way to build consistency. I’ve been “cured” for a week at a time probably 50 different times in the last 3-4 years. Why our bodies can’t hold onto recovery is the biggest mystery. Our immune systems must be compromised, but how and why is the question.

Exactly it’s the fact that it’s so inconsistent that makes this condition unexplainable and frustrating. How is it possible that you take proviron, improve, stop taking it and go back to the previous state, and then take it again and nothing happens? Something must have changed in the body if it no longer responds, and yet this change seems invisible. It’s a shame that there’s essentially no research on this condition because there’s very little financial incentive, I’m sure we would learn about incredible mechanisms which could be applied to many other contexts in biology. Tbh I’m surprised that there’s barely any interest.
