We hope you are all doing the best you can.
We are pleased that the migration project for PH is complete and we are cautiously optimistic all bugs and technical issues are now resolved. We will be testing the site over the coming days, so please let us know if you are still having any issues with the following:
- Logging in
- Accessing user profiles
- Sending messages
As we announced last week and earlier this week, this has resulted in all post and message history since the 8th of August being removed. This was unavoidable as the most recent version of PH was corrupted and could not be merged with the new version.
As announced, if you would like your post and message history from during this time, that is still possible. We can provide you with a CSV dump of any posts and messages made up until today. Please message an admin if you would like this file.
Those who previously requested their file will receive it shortly.
