Fatigue

Fatigue has been a problem over the last several months form me. If I do something strenous or work out, I am almost shot for the rest of the day.

I dug my car out of the snow today and worked out a little bit and am pretty tired and drained right now. I know this has been discussed before but what are your experiences with this?

What has been most helpful?

Also been taking about 12.5/20 mg of Clomid daily. It has helped a little. Most noticeably is the my sperm is whiter and more of it. Mornig erections have been pretty good/consistent, not 100%. Been on the Clomid for about three weeks and am concerned as there is not a significant difference as far as energy, but I will stick throug hwith it til I get my bloodwork done next week.

Cheers.

I have similiar symptoms to you, but my sexual functioning hasnt returned. I have a very low libidio and my erections suck.

same over here. Add vit D3 2X/day and arimidex. you will see the difference in 3-4 weeks.

And this advice is based on… ???

Arimidex is a potent aromatase (estradiol) inhibiting drug. Advocating people just jump on drugs willy nilly is both irresponsible and irrational. Unless Mikey had skyhigh estradiol confirmed with bloodwork, Arimidex is not something to be popped like candy.

If you looked at blood results all most all of us are low in Vit D. My Endo adviced me Vit D and it has helped me a lot.

we all are having gyno problem, including me. don’t we?
OF course consult your Doctor before taking any medicine.

I wasn’t specifically referring to Vitamin D and am aware of the common trend with low levels amongst post-Fin users.

Regarding Arimidex – no, not everyone develops gyno, the same as not everyone experiences loss of libido from Finasteride. Some guys only have cognitive issues and memory problems from the drug, while others experience physical changes to their genitalia.

The point is the drug affects everyone differently across a common set of symptoms – you are generalizing that everyone experiences the exact same thing. I’m saying what may be a specific treatment for one individual may not necessarily apply for another.

Treatment depends on each individual’s specific case, their hormone profile etc. It is thus dangerous to recommend a drug to someone who has no need for it, simply because you yourself may have a need for it.

And yes, consult your physician before considering any treatments, obviously.
