Fasting With Low Body Fat

Has anyone here found benefits from fasting who had low body fat before they started the fast?

I can imagine improvements from fasting if excess body fat is burned off, thus reducing the estrogenic effects of fat. But what if the person had very little fat to start with?

I’m wondering this too. I’m already on the low side of healthy in terms of bmi and I’m looking thin. If I fast I worry I’d look very ill. In addition, fasting only seems to help mental sides. I have libido and groin pain issues, so probably won’t even help me.

Skinny as shit too. Very good results. Looked like a KZ inmate afterwards. If you do this make sure you stay away from carbs after the fast for at least 4 weeks. You don’t have to do a waterfast, just make sure you stay under 300kcal a day and drink mostly vegetable juices.

Hey guys. I spoke with Dr. Goldhammer from True North. I asked him about this, because I am currently overweight. He told me that the best time to start a fast is when you are close to your ideal weight.

So, you don’t need to be “fat” to fast.

Can fasting help sexual sides though? Otherwise it’s pointless for me.

My second water fasting (9 days) I started weighing 124 pounds (56 kg) with an increase of 5 '8.5 (1.74 m). I carried it pretty well.

For me, the therapeutic effects of water fasting is felt for my physical damage and sexual. Unfortunately, my strongest side effects are mental and here the progress (permanent) is very small.
