Just watched a documentary called Farmageddon on Netflix and its truly disturbing. Why on earth is our government so scared of small farms making raw milk. I find myself often more curious about things the government tries to hide from us especially when it has to do with something potentially beneficial to our health because it usually means it actually does help. There’s a lot of talk about milk kefir on this forum - well this seems to be the ultimate form of good bacteria. When I do a search on raw milk, PAC was the only one that mentioned it and he hasn’t posted anything here in years. It would be great to know if you have access to it and can try it because I’ve done research in the area I currently am in and can’t find it anywhere.
I have seen some improvements with kefir and quercetin+bromelain. I haven’t seen these benefits ever since I got PFS 3.5 years ago. Improvements include better sleep, reduced brain fog, hair loss (sign of DHT working), testicles hanging better. I even had a brief period where my cock looked a lot healthier and normal. I have taken quercetin before and didn’t see these improvements. I can’t help but think that the probiotics from kefir are helping. Its known that your gut microbiome metabolizes hormones. Also, I, in addition to many others here, didn’t get PFS until I took an antibiotic around the same time I took fin. Antibiotics can clear out your good bacteria…
Hm, if that is true (who else has came up with that conclusion ?), it could be a mayor insight. Lack of treg cells causes autoimmune diseases in addition with inflammation:

This doctor suggests that resistant starch helps gut bacteria clostridia butyricum to grow. This bacteria then increases the number of treg cells- which suppresses the immune system and cures autoimmune diseases…
I’ve incorporated some res. starch into my diet recently and noticed some improvements but they were temporary. But it is important to note that i can’t find any res. starch supplement in my country and have to search for green bananas which are hard to find etc. So the amount i’ve incorporated may not be enough to produce more noticeable results and hence this treatment can’t be rulled out without taking resistant starch supplement for some duration like a month or so… So, if anyone has tried it, it would be nice to inform us whether he achieved anything. If not, somebody should try it, because it could only be beneficial for one’s health.
I’m drinking raw milk (organic, grass fed from a2 cows) but mainly for the bone benefits. Also doing the probiotic foods and antifungals for gut health.
