Facial fat / collagen loss

I understand that this side effect of facial fat redistribution has been reported before on this forum. The fat has drained from under my eyes neck and wrists. These side effects persisted even when I dissolved finasteride in alcohol and was administering 0.3mg a day. I stopped it along with minoxidil then restarted it without minoxidil to make sure it was the finasteride. Turns out it was the finasteride causing these side effects. I think stopping it has helped; I reckon I would look a lot worse now if I had carried on (stopped 5 years ago). However I believe permanent damage has occurred and I will never look the same again.
My question is can any knowledgeable members of this forum explain scientifically and medically WHY is side effect occurs. What is the general accepted theory here?
Second and less importantly what treatments are available for this side effect?

There are no treatments available except plastic surgery.

have you tried TRT ?
this is because (i guess) type 1 androgen blocked by finasteride which is conterting T to DHT on skin and liver.

again i guess

answer is injectable DHT and HGH. you can only reverse aging by these two. and feel absolute pre-fin. but be aware collapsing estrogens, because you can crash

stop babbling sanane. There is no proven way of restoring collagen and hgh and dht are in no way proven to bring you back to pre fin states.

sanane - have you tried any of the shit your recommending? Its well known by Sr. members that TRT after PFS has a similar impact to taking more Fin. I think I found only 2 people on the boards that had success with TRT and they probably didn’t crash on Fin. If you crashed… Then you became a member of the club. Sorry no TRT for you. Unless you want to get worse.

TRT but Not use T itself , DHT cycle, time to time after your crash but keep your estrogens in range because you can crash because of low E…
ı had taken proviron right after my crash and i felt instant flashback i remember that day 3,5-4 years ago

but we will never be the same again. no cures. accept it and live with it. if oyu dont want to accpet it, you are destroying yourself with one pill.

if somebody come out after 15 years and with a cure for PFS, i am 100/100 sure that nobody in here cannot be cured. i think time is most valuable thing here not a ““cure pill””. you cannot wait for 15 years maybe these guys want to wait and posting here for 15 years but i am NOT.

if there is a cure for now it is DHT itself and SUN and exercise and HARDCORE SEX but these are not permanent.
