I have a fever at 40, I feel terrible.
I Never had it high in my life, I think
that has worsened by the syndrome.
what are your other sickness symptoms? sounds like a bacterial infection to get a fever that high. if goes any higher i would go to the emergency room

Definitely sounds like an infection take some paracetamol and drink plenty of fluids if it persists seek medical advice as you may need a course of antibiotics mate
