Extreme Fatigue

I have been off this drug for 67 Days. I have been struggling with extreme fatigue. It seems no matter how much sleep I get I wake up tired, like I got hardly any sleep. I have tried a myriad of sleep medications. Ambian, Xanax, Kolonipin, Remeron. In addition to natural stuff like melatonin, tea, magnesium, Celtic Dream Mist Spray “Allopregnanalone”. They give me more sleep but I still don’t feel the real effect of true restorative sleep. I know many of you are dealing with this same issue. Anyone have a good suggestion?

Maybe thyroid, maybe adrenals cure them first
blood test will show you… But possible thyroid

Recent test results for thyroid below. I have a follow up with my Endo on the 8th of July. I doubt he is going to suggest there is any issue here.

T4: (4.7 - 13.3 ug/dL) 9.9
TSH (0.34 - 4.82 uIU/mL) 0.86

Suggestion: lower your calorie intake drastically for a few days (< 300kcal) until your fatigue fades. Then start to increase your calories again slowly as long as your not having any fatigue. But stay away from carbs.

Background is that digesting food is stress for your body, especially carbs. You can ask anyone who fasted: fatigue and inflammation go away.

I have horrible fatigue! It’s 24/7 and waking up I can barely open my eyelids. I crash 3-4 times a day. The morning is nearly impossible to function.

zwin312 - Have you tried anything? Sleep aids ect? I believe I would be in even worse shape without something to help me get a deeper sleep.

wait for more to recover, supplementations are only friend dont take any inhibitors, try good diets.
