Exercise Brain Fog

To anyone who experienced worsening brain fog when trying to exercise - Does this symptom ever go away? I am about 10 months off and still have brain fog. PFS has left me completely out of shape, which I’m sure is only contributing to some of my symptoms. I really want to start working out again, but every time I try i’m left in a brain fog daze, sometimes for even a day or two after. Now i’m scared of working out all together.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does it ever get better?

I hope so I have the same issues not working out but I do have a brain fog during the day is been about six months now I have lost interest in absolutely everything If you’re planning to go back to work out please put this cream on your body dermacrine by bps I heard the stuff is pretty good I have been using it for about 3 to 4 days now muscles look bodies starting to tighten up but please stay in touch with me I’m not working out I’m just putting the cream on my body and it is doing good for my muscles I’m a muscular person by nature It’s supposed to kickstart the balls also and get somebody your libido back I hate to put anything on my body after the scare that Propecia has given me but I have no choice it is been almost 11 months and seems to me that I’m getting weaker and weaker as days go by dammit I feel like I’m 99 years old But please stay in touch with me if you’re going to be trying this cream Best of luck And lots of water lots of water

Exercise, and in particular resistance training, cause an increase in testosterone. As you will find here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3250, many men don’t react well to an increase in their androgen level. This is a central aspect of the PFS problem. Are you experiencing muscle wasting? If so, you may find that working out will actually accelerate the wasting process, although this varies between affected individuals.

holy shit dude, that is a very long sentence
