the study is talking about premature aging induced by finasteride
from a sexual perspective aging is associated with excessive adrenergic tone
excessive adrenergic tone is associated with erectile dysfunction and programmed cell death of the penis
even pde5i alone cant counter this process
what i have found very effective is a combination of alpha adrenergic receptors antagonist with a low dose cialis
alfuzosin is the best choise because it doesnt cross the blood brain barrier and cause very minimal side effect compared to other AB

this combination seems to work on every pfs sufferer that have tried it

Alfusin is a relatively safe drug but there is one case of priapism documented

Yeah I have always though that to suffer PFS is like being an old men in terms of sexuality. We make that “natural” process that takes 50 years but suddenty.

not only this,but the androgen receptors upregulation as documented in the study is also noticed in aging male

this process is a compensatory mechanism provoked by eather low tissue androgenic activity or low blood androgen level

I have thought before that reversing this condition could be the “fountain of youth” for some people.

You’d think that would be worth huge amounts of money - to offer wealthy 65 year old men the hormonal profile they had at 25.

Someone should pitch that to a drug company that wants to make billions.

I think TRT already does that for old, healthy (no pfs) guys. There are 60 year olds that feel like 20 again with raging libido thanks to TRT. These old fuckers got wayyyyy better libido than any PFS guy would ever have.
