As I have experienced and expressed, some of my best moments, and even partial recoveries, come (no pun intended) after days where I have worked out/played basketball/jogged/etc. Heavy exercise and weightlifting can really send my brain into a fog, but the following days can be very good… better libido/erections/mental clarity. For whatever reason, it sometimes takes an orgasm to trigger results from the exercise.
Weights, cardio, and the occasional alcoholic beverage are the only things that have produced good results for me throughout a year and a half of living with PFS.
