Here doctor Alexander Pastuszak a Urologist at the university of UTAH openly talks about Post Finasteride Syndrome and the Sexual, Neurological and Physical side effects of taking the drug and acknowledging the existence of PFS.
I think Matt’s (RIP) story specifically is of great clinical importance as it shows before and after photos of him taking Finasteride for 3 weeks many of us have also experienced damage done to our facial features over a relatively quick period of time from this drugs use.
Loss of collagen
Wrinkles
Facial thinning
Subcutaneous fat loss
Loss of youthfulness/accelerated ageing
None of this mentioned in the warming label.
Here doctor Rachel S. Rubin a Urologist who specializes in sexual medicine references Robert Melcangi’s lastest paper (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S235228951930061X) sending out a word of caution on the drugs dangers saying that too many patients are “suffering”.
Here doctor Irwin Goldstein a renowned Urologist talks about the sexual side effects that can indefinitely persist after the use of Finasteride saying it is “no good” and recognizes the condition Post Finasteride Syndrome
Suggestion: this topic might be a good way to get a great bulk of material, but perhaps the first post could contain a number of the most pursuasive items for easy sharing.

DHT and Androgens play a huge role in collagen secretion so this is expected.
