Everyone please share your tactics for treating insomnia!

I haven’t slept consistently well in forever, I sincerely want to die.

I currently cycle between high as fuck doses of: Chamomile, Melatonan, Valyrian, and Ziziphus. If i’m really having trouble i’ll dose some promethazine tabs or a benzo, but they make me really groggy and generally feel worse than simply not sleeping at all.

Please share your tactics for dealing with insomnia, i’ve tried almost everything and it’s driving me absolutely nuts!

-No electronics an hour before bed and I’ll use a blue light filter ideally two hours before.
-Lavender oil diffuser
-My blanket/ comforter is very soft and somewhat weighted which I find more comforting
-keep room temperate at 67 degrees
-use chilipad or bedjet for additional temperature control
-I take CBD isolate and melatonin 30 minutes before bed
-Yogi soothing caramel bedtime tea an hour before bed
-Sleep meditation

At your own risk of course, but these helped me at various points:

RU - Did a few days of 800mg. Sleep was great on it and could nap, but that all wore off after.
R-Andro - As per Cdnuts protocol, sleep was way better on it.
Fexofenadine and dramamine - one tab of fexo or half a tab and half a tab of dramamine. Slept pretty good.
St John’s Wort - on cycles of that slept pretty reasonably.

Can you let us know how long you’ve been dealing with this? If anything has changed etc.

I think we need to know about you, not what you’ve taken.

I can usually sleep very well 8 hours, only point that i really need is absolute silence.
If there is a sound, even being soft, it really ruins my sleep.
