I am still on propecia, but have notice about a 1/2 inch to 1 inch shrinkage of my erection.
The shrinkage is not a significant if I haven’t had sex or wanked for over a week, but is still there.
Is this degree of shrinkage normal - at times I’m now under 6 inches so tad concerned

Yes shrinkage is a side effect for some, unfortunately for some of us it did not get fixed after we quit. The only way to know for sure is to quit.
