Few days ago turned out that I have elevated Serum ALT Level
82U/L, normal range 1-50U/L. This indicates liver issues.
How many of you got the same issue, and did anyone who has had it managed to resolve it? Also, along with that I got vitamin D deficiency…

I’ve gotten that and it went down when I got my blood redrawn, didn’t do anything to fix it. Also been taking vitamin d since I was deficient 7 years ago

I got scared when I saw in google that this could be sign of cirrhosis. Ever since I have PFS I always had within the range ALT, dunno what happened… Could be that I took shit loads of supplements in order to combat PFS and instead of fixing it I made it worst, fucking hell. Cheers for the feedback bro!
I had this in many of my blood test results during the last years. Sometimes they are high (most times) sometimes they are within the ranges. Doctors told me that it was nothing to worry about.
